Prior to joining TPG, Ken held manufacturing leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, The Gillette Company, and The HNI Corporation.
Ken is a leader, in our Supply Chain Practice. He primarily advises clients in North America
Ken assists/advises clients in Manufacturing Improvements; Manufacturing systems improvements and Leadership behavior implementation to ensure a lasting culture of improvement.
Since joining TPG, Ken has worked with clients to achieve improved manufacturing metrics; primarily improved OEE and reduced costs, but also safety, quality and service, and the leadership behavior to sustain results.
