Fernando has almost 10 years of consulting experience and over 20 years of senior management and international experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, working for top companies and spanning many categories. He has held senior Sales, Sales Marketing, Sales & Commercial Capability Development, Project Management, and Sales & Operations Planning positions, including Latin America & Caribbean Sales & Commercial Capability Director for Diageo, and Associate Manager (Sales & Operations Planning, Sales Marketing and Sales Division Manager) for Procter & Gamble.
Fernando is a TPG Partner with broad functional experience, rooted in Sales, who has worked within the practices of Customer Development, Organization & Talent Development. Fernando has extensive International experience, mostly in Latin America. Fernando’s experience, knowledge, and skill sets enable clients to seize a full range of applications to drive profitable top-line growth.
