Prior to joining TPG, Eleni held leadership roles in Brand Management, Customer Business Development, and Organizational Design at Procter & Gamble. She helped create the shopper marketing capability and new whitespace channels. After P&G, she led a consulting company with Fortune 100 clients including Nestle, P&G, Disney, Estee Lauder, and others. Example projects included acquisition assessments, market/innovation landscapes, department and category reinvention, and joint business planning with retail customers. In private equity, she led deal development and due diligence and drove marketing as Chief Marketing Officer of Lemi Shine.
